Liability Waiver

Upon purchasing Creature Comfort EED's services I hereby acknowledge & agree to all terms and liabilities listed.

1. I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my pet(s) while my pet(s) is/are attending walks, pet sitting or any activities with Creature Comfort EED. I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this service.

2. I also understand and agree that in releasing my pet(s) in Creature Comfort EED, Creature Comfort EED has relied upon my representation that my pet(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other animal.

3. I further understand that due to the way that animals interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur even though the pets are carefully supervised at all times.

4. While my pet(s) is/are in the care and custody of Creature Comfort EED, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Creature Comfort EED, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog. I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own pet insurance.

5. I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Creature Comfort EED, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members and agents from any and all liability, claims, including claims of Creature Comfort EED’s negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my pet(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my pet(s). I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Creature Comfort EED for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage.

6. I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the Application form completed by me.

7. Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every pet. Creature Comfort EED reserves the right to permanently remove a pet from our services at any time.
